Hey there! I'm Zainul Naim Zamhuri, a UX Lead from PETRONAS Digital Sdn Bhd with 7 years + of experience in the UIUX field.

I’m obsessed with creative UIUX design that is clean, minimalist, yet sophisticated in its function with user-centricity in mind. I truly believed that when you put your self-interest into whatever you are doing, you will achieve amazing things.

With good UIUX foundations, I've been contributing to several design strategy initiatives such as UX process creation, UX research planning, DesignOps moderator, design budget estimation, research tool acquisition, design team's scorecard, design system, and facilitating design thinking & design sprints.

I'm well equipped with people management skills, where I coordinate a team of local & non-local external UIUX resources in multiple projects to close the gaps by practicing DesignOps processes to manage design delivery quality following our design system standards and I've been given the opportunity in managing fresh grads students onboarding into UIUX roles in the design team, in charge of planning their career growth and on-the-job training.
